- Digital Goods Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, consumers generally have a 14-day period to cancel an online purchase.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal expires immediately once the download or the streaming of the digital content has begun.
By completing your purchase and gaining access to the template files, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day withdrawal period or “no-reason” refund once the delivery of the digital content has commenced.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. A refund request may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to technical issues with our server or mail firewalls, you do not receive the delivery email or access link.
Major defects: The digital files are corrupted or contain functional errors that prevent them from being used as described.
Product not-as-described: A clear and proven discrepancy between the product received and the description on the product page.
- Refund Process and Timeline
To initiate a request, please contact our support team at support@sitestitchpack.com within 7 days of your purchase. You must provide:
Your Order Number.
The email address used for the purchase.
A detailed explanation and evidence (such as screenshots) of the technical defect or issue.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect the transaction in your account.
- Cancellation
Users may cancel an order at any time before the digital content has been delivered or accessed. Once the link has been generated and sent to your registered email address, the order is deemed fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation. - Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
A change of mind or personal preference regarding the aesthetic style.

Purchases made by mistake where the content has already been accessed.
