Sitestitchpack provides visual layout packages via immediate digital delivery. As our products are purely digital assets, no physical shipment or logistics tracking is involved.
Delivery Process
Upon successful verification of your transaction and payment authorization, the digital assets will be made available to you immediately via the following methods:

Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing the access link will be dispatched to your registered email address within minutes.
Proof of Delivery: We maintain digital logs of all asset access and download activities, including timestamps and IP addresses, which serve as definitive proof of service fulfillment.
European Union (EU) Consumer Notice
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding digital content:

Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets, which are accessible and usable immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Once the digital delivery link has been generated or the access email has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
European Right of Withdrawal Waiver
For customers within the European Union, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent. By completing your purchase, you agree that the delivery of the digital package begins immediately and that you waive your right to cancel the transaction.
Quality Assurance & Exceptional Circumstances
We are committed to providing high-quality layout assets. Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:
The digital file is proven to be corrupted or defective (and a functional replacement cannot be provided within 48 hours).
A duplicate transaction occurred due to a verifiable system error.

Sitestitchpack provides digital assets “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. While we strive for high-quality configurations, we do not guarantee that the assets will be compatible with all third-party software updates or meet specific commercial outcomes.
Unauthorized Use
The purchaser is responsible for the security of their registered email and the confidentiality of download links. Sitestitchpack is not liable for unauthorized downloads or losses resulting from compromised user accounts.
