Welcome to Sitestitchpack. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the User” or “Customer”) and FIXX DIGITAL PTE. LTD. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore with registration number 201525462R and registered office at 800 North Bridge Road, #01-01, Singapore 198768.
By accessing www.sitestitchpack.com and purchasing our digital content packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- DIGITAL CONTENT AND DELIVERY
Sitestitchpack provides downloadable web layout packages and creative assets (“Digital Products”).
Immediate Delivery: Upon successful completion of payment, Digital Products are delivered electronically. A secure download link will be sent automatically to your provided email address.
Proof of Fulfillment: You acknowledge that the Company maintains digital server logs recording the generation of the download link and the initial access/download by the Customer. These logs serve as definitive proof of delivery.
No Physical Shipment: These are intangible digital items and do not involve physical shipment or logistics tracking numbers.
- ONE-TIME PURCHASE MODEL
No Subscriptions: All transactions are for one-time purchases. We do not operate a recurring billing or subscription model.
Transparent Pricing: The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount. No hidden fees or automated renewals will apply.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIMITED LICENCE
All content—including code, visual assets, arrangements, and audio—is the exclusive property of FIXX DIGITAL PTE. LTD.
Grant of Licence: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited licence for personal or internal business use.
Usage Restrictions: Redistribution, reselling, or sub-licensing of the raw source files is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized distribution may result in the immediate revocation of your licence without refund.
- EU CONSUMER RIGHTS & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
Express Consent for Immediate Performance: By clicking the “Pay” button and initiating the immediate download of Digital Products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (cancelation right).
Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are final once the download link has been provided.
Technical Exception: If a product is found to be technically defective, please contact support@sitestitchpack.com within 7 days. If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a refund may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion. This internal resolution process is our primary mechanism to resolve disputes before bank intervention.
- ACCURACY AND COMPATIBILITY
“As Is” Basis: Digital Products are provided without any warranty of being error-free.
Compatibility: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure their technical environment (CMS, browser, or hosting) meets the requirements specified on the product page. Refunds will not be granted for compatibility issues arising from third-party modifications or unsupported environments.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore and EU laws, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. - DATA PRIVACY
We process personal data in strict compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ANTI-FRAUD
Internal Resolution First: You agree to contact our support team to attempt an amicable resolution before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute.
Chargeback Policy: Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery (including IP logs) to financial institutions to contest fraudulent claims.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Mandatory local consumer protections for EU residents remain applicable where required by law.
